This website is actually run by a somewhat incompetent 21-year-old named Charles, he lives in Canada and he really should be doing better things with his life, but here we are regardless.
He says that he always has been an avid fan of video games, and have recently taken an interest in providing deep, insightful analysis and opinions on the games he plays. Expect in-depth reviews as well as short insightful articles regarding game design, gaming news, and all that jazz.
He also says that he tries to post at least one article every week. But I would take that with a massive grain of salt.
